Ing. Isaac Mensah Ayipeh – PE (GhIE) is an Instrumentation and Controls Trainer at Jubilee Technical Training Centre (JTTC) of Takoradi Technical University in Ghana. He is a highly proficient and certified Instrumentation Engineer with over a decade of experience across the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Factory Automation industries. He is an Expert in PLC programming (Siemens), SCADA systems, and high-precision instrument calibration.

He is a qualified trainer who has proven his success in enhancing operational efficiency and increasing overall system reliability through technical troubleshooting, process improvement, system analysis, achieving significant reduction in downtime and maintenance cost and the integration of innovative technologies.

He is professionally certified in the following area:

  • NVQ Level III Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations (TTE, ETA-Awards, UK)
  • Member – Ghana Institution of Engineering – PE (Electrical & Electronic Engineering).
  • Specialised Models: Instrument Calibration, Process Instrumentation & Controls, Pipe Fitting and Tubing, Expert in Siemens PLC Training and Programming, Industrial Electrical Audit, Industrial Facility Status Tracking and Plant Installations.

Ing. Isaac Mensah Ayipeh is an expert in hands-on and tailor-made training for staff, students and industry professionals in oil and gas, safety, Marine, factories and other industrial settings. He has contributed immensely to the revenue and resource generation of the University by training Multinationals and Local Engineers in Instrumentation & Control for the Oil and Gas industries, etc.

Ing. Isaac was a trainer of the following programmes:

  • Accelerated Oil and Gas Capacity (AOGC) Development Training Programme by the Petroleum Commission of Ghana,
  • NVQ training in Oil and Gas Production – Instrumentation option for Modec Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire.
  • GetEnergy Field Ready projects on oil and gas for some selected Ghanaians and Mozambicans.
