JTTC was established in 2013 by the Jubilee Partners in collaboration with Takoradi Technical University to provide competency-based training for future technicians in the emerging oil and gas and allied industries in Ghana. The Centre provides an internationally accredited vocational qualification (VQ2) training that is sustainable and meets the required health and safety standards all based on UK and Ghana standardisations. It also provides hands-on technical training to Ghanaians and other nationals in the fields of Occupational Health Safety, and Environment, instrumentation, mechanical, electrical and process engineering at the technical level
