Daniel Poku is a veteran Electrical Engineer with over 26 years of hands-on and instructional experience in the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems. With a strong foundation in both industrial and academic environments, Daniel has built a distinguished career that bridges technical excellence and educational leadership.
His engineering practice spans the full spectrum of electrical systems, including domestic and industrial wiring, high- and low-voltage power distribution, generator systems, and automation technologies. Beyond field expertise, Daniel has developed a strong command of simulation and programming tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, Proteus, C/C++, Python, and Arduino, making him a versatile asset in both applied engineering and technical training.
A passionate educator and mentor, Daniel has played a key role in developing and delivering technical training for major industry players and academic institutions alike. He has been instrumental in shaping the skills of young engineers and technicians, particularly through his role at the Jubilee Technical Training Centre, where he continues to serve under the Takoradi Technical University.
