About Course

The Electrical Engineering Training Programme at JTTC is structured to provide learners with comprehensive instruction in core electrical engineering competencies essential for industrial practice. The curriculum addresses the technical requirements of sectors including oil and gas, mining, food production and processing, and manufacturing. Through a balanced integration of theoretical instruction, practical workshop activities and safety-focused assessments, participants develop expertise in motor control systems, circuit diagnostics, electrical installations and fault analysis. The programme also promotes skill development in preventive maintenance and system optimisation, preparing trainees to meet operational demands in electromechanical systems and industrial automation.

What Will You Learn?

  • Upon successful completion, students will be able to:
  • Install, operate, and troubleshoot PLCs and industrial automation systems.
  • Diagnose and maintain industrial electronic circuits and power systems.
  • Apply electrical engineering principles to rotating machines and motor control systems.
  • Integrate mechatronics and electro-fluid systems for automated industrial applications.
  • Demonstrate technical competence in AC/DC systems applicable to oil and gas operations.
